Great location for the museums and lovely local eating places and pubs. Friendly helpful staff and we loved the cocktail bar!

Our room didn’t get serviced one day and we had to request more coffee and milk etc.

Great location for getting around London , South Kensington tube a few mins walk away as is V@A and Natural History museum. Not far to walk to Harrods ....2nd staff , lovely hotel, clean , comfortable beds , warm bedroom, friendly helpful Staff Fantastic breakfast across road at sister hotel, which is great for a drink on an evening

Nous avons eu un souci avec notre oystercard, à cause du bateau bus (nous avons réglé 17 euros pour chacune de nos 3 cartes pour seulement 3 stations car nous n'avons pas validé nos cartes à la sortie du bateau). Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel, un monsieur qui était là jeudi 20 et vendredi 21 après-midi et soirée a été particulièrement gentil et serviable. Mon anglais n'étant pas fluide, il a accepté de teléphoner pour nous au service client de la oystercard ce qui nous a permis d'être remboursés en grande partie de ces frais. Il a été vraiment formidable et très professionnel, nous tenons à le remercier une nouvelle fois !

All was good here. Location to Royal Albert Hall was great as was the ease of public transport from Victoria by tube. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great area for restaurants and shops very nearby plus the underground is only a 5 minute walk away. Also close to Fulham road which has great shops & restaurants.

Quiet, good size room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast menu, walking distance from tube station & museums. I would recommend staying here.

The room is massive and stunning didn’t expect that for how cheap it was pleasantly surprised

Had to drag out suit case up the stairs but that’s a minor issue

The staff from the moment I walked in till the the early morning I left made me feel at home without missing any details in service comfort. The location is. Amazing since you are a few minutes walk from main tourist places but far enough to get quiet rest just the best.

Fabulous as usual!! This realty has to be the best Hotel in this prestigious part of London. Sure you can get ‘plusher’ ones but don’t waste your money!! You’ll get everything you need here….the staff can’t do enough for you and you’re made to feel genuinely welcome.( now there’s a novelty these days!!)

We stay here often and it’s fantastic EVERY time! Service, / Hospitality Is superb. Staff are excellent at Desk and Breakfast. Special shout out to the girls at Breakfast! but congrats and thanks to all involved at this Hotel! It is HIGHLY recommended!!
